About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler to join its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role offers a training pathway from apprentice toward Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to develop jewelry repair skills and progress within the company’s promote-from-within environment. The Design & Service Center team is dedicated to providing a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.

The apprentice learns the business from the ground up, performing customer service and administrative work while training in basic jewelry repair. Duties include interacting with stores and customers, completing clerical tasks, photographing jewelry for intake and tracking, polishing, and quality control. The company provides a full training program and Jeweler Certification classes to develop and enhance bench skills.

This is a full-time role consisting of a 40-hour work week, with varying hours that may include some nights and weekends and seasonal required overtime. The minimum starting rate is $15 per hour; base pay may vary based on geographic region, internal equity, and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities
