About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler for its Field Design & Service Center team. The role provides training to develop skills from apprentice toward Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to progress through the company’s promote-from-within training journey. The position is open to candidates with basic jewelry or repair knowledge, as well as candidates who are passionate about learning the jeweler trade. Apprentices learn the business through administrative and customer-service work, including interacting with stores and customers, completing clerical tasks, photographing jewelry for intake and tracking, and learning jewelry-repair fundamentals such as polishing and quality control. The team is dedicated to delivering a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.

Requirements

Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
High standard for quality work.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time.
Varying availability, including some nights and weekends.
High school degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
