About The Position

Signet Jewelers is hiring an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler for its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role offers training and opportunities to progress from apprentice to Bench Jeweler in a promote-from-within environment. Apprentices learn the business from the ground up, completing administrative and customer-service work while developing basic jewelry repair skills. Signet’s Design & Service Centers provide a full training program to develop skills from Apprentice to Jeweler. The team focuses on delivering a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.

• Availability for varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time schedule consists of a 40-hour work week, with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and interact with stores and customers.
• Complete administrative and clerical tasks.
• Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking.
• Learn the basics of jewelry repair, beginning with polishing and quality control.
• Train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.
• Work toward delivering a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.
