Requirements

• No carpentry experience is necessary; dependability and willingness to learn are important.
• Be good with your hands and eager to build practical skills.
• Be comfortable with physical, outdoor work.
• Be able to lift and carry more than 50 pounds.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Be available for daytime jobsite hours, Monday through Friday.
• Provide two contactable references, such as a past employer, teacher, coach, or mentor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with wood damage repair, deck restoration, siding, and trim work.
• Learn to measure, cut, and install materials with precision.
• Handle jobsite setup, material preparation, and cleanup.
• Learn the company's approach to protecting Central Coast homes.
• Develop skills toward becoming a full Carpenter.
