About The Position

Bath Planet of Arkansas is hiring full-time Appointment Setters/Showroom Consultants for its Call Center Team at the Park Plaza location in Little Rock. The role involves contacting homeowners using company-provided leads, answering inbound calls, and scheduling free in-home design consultations. Appointment Setters follow company scripts, professionally address objections, confirm appointments, maintain accurate customer records, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure appointments are qualified and prepared. The company offers paid weekly compensation consisting of hourly pay and bonus opportunities, including uncapped monthly performance bonuses, as well as paid training and advancement opportunities.

Requirements
