Appointment Scheduler
About The Position
MN Urology is seeking a full-time Appointment Scheduler at its Edina Clinic. The role efficiently and effectively schedules patients for services provided by Minnesota Urology providers, including office visits and clinic appointments, laboratory services, and radiology. The Appointment Scheduler serves as a liaison on behalf of Minnesota Urology with patients, clinics, and hospitals. The position follows regular daytime hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no evenings, weekends, or holidays. Minnesota Urology is an independent urologic specialty practice in Minnesota whose providers and staff are committed to delivering optimal, compassionate specialty care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least two years of appointment-scheduling experience, preferably in a medical office environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with insurance.
- Experience with or knowledge of current EMR systems; training will be provided.
