Kelly Jeep Chrysler is seeking APPOINTMENT SCHEDULERS/ BDC AGENTS for our Route 1 North location. We are currently looking for career-minded individuals who are immediately available to start a full-time career as APPOINTMENT SCHEDULERS. Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Professional training will be provided. Those with experience in the hospitality, debt collection, call center, telemarketing, recruiting, customer service, mortgage, financial, and insurance industries are highly encouraged to apply. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, high energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

Must be able to work a combination of morning, evening and weekend shifts.
Must be available to work the last Sunday of the month and occasional Sundays throughout the year.

Responsibilities

Scheduling appointments with customers to discuss the purchase of a vehicle with our Product Specialists.
Follow-up using phone, email and text messaging.
Attention to detail is very important.
