HealthPartners is hiring an Application Analyst and Developer - Epic MyChart. This position plays a critical role in supporting, enhancing, and optimizing patient access and digital engagement technologies across the organization. The individual in this role is responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements, documenting and implementing application changes, and supporting the ongoing delivery of Epic MyChart and related digital patient experience solutions. Depending on experience and level, this role may also provide technical leadership, mentor team members, guide implementation efforts, and serve as a key resource to business partners and other IT teams. This position supports a broad portfolio of Epic MyChart and digital patient experience solutions, including online scheduling, telehealth, digital check-in, patient self-service tools, appointment communications, Epic Welcome Kiosks, and other patient engagement technologies. Responsibilities also include supporting new hospital and clinic implementations, strategic access initiatives, system maintenance, and Epic software upgrades and enhancements. This role supports several high-profile organizational initiatives, including scheduling optimization efforts, Epic Refuel initiatives, telehealth optimization, the transition to Epic MyChart Scheduling, Epic Welcome Kiosk deployments, and upcoming facility rollouts. Success in this position will directly contribute to improving patient access, enhancing the digital patient experience, and supporting HealthPartners' strategic technology goals. Reporting to a Senior Manager, IT Care Delivery Systems, this position is part of a collaborative team of six (6) analyst/developers, and engineers responsible for supporting and enhancing critical healthcare technology solutions across the organization.
