You'll diagnose problems, work with electrical and mechanical systems, use technology, meet new people, travel to different locations, and experience the satisfaction of solving a problem that matters to a customer. You'll learn to repair today's increasingly sophisticated appliances while developing electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, diagnostic, and customer-service skills. We provide factory training, online education, hands-on instruction, and continuing in-house training to help our technicians continually improve. Requirements

- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving history
- Background, drug, and driving screenings are required
Nice To Haves
- Experience in automotive repair, maintenance, HVAC, electrical work, construction, manufacturing, equipment operation, facilities maintenance, or another hands-on field
- Strong mechanical aptitude and has always been the person who likes figuring out why something doesn't work
