About The Position

AAA Service Network is a residential service company specializing in electrical, plumbing, heating and air services. The Appliance Service Technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, and ovens, to ensure efficient operation. The role emphasizes customer service and requires clear communication with customers about repair issues and solutions, as well as routine maintenance. Daily work also includes collecting payments, documenting accurate and detailed information about each home and service situation, and maintaining truck inventory. The technician is dispatched directly from home and is provided a work vehicle. The position is full-time, based in Brighton, Michigan, and involves travel of up to 25%. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered. Previous appliance service experience is required.

Requirements

• Previous appliance service experience is required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Complete a pre-employment background check.
• Complete a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities
