Requirements
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and move appliances with appropriate equipment.
- Genuinely professional attitude with customers.
- Ability to communicate effectively and honestly with customers.
- Aptitude and attitude for problem-solving and learning.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Basic hand tools.

- Experience in the trades.

- Proficiency in sealed systems and refrigeration work.
Responsibilities
- Perform appliance repairs as an apprentice, progressing to certified and master technician roles.
- Diagnose and repair a variety of appliance issues, including sealed systems and refrigeration.
- Interact with customers professionally, earning their trust and recommending appropriate repairs.
- Manage parts lookups, serial number breaks, and manufacturer documentation.
- Utilize company tablet and software for service calls.
- Handle physical demands of moving and installing appliances in various spaces.
- Complete approximately 8 service calls per day.
- Participate in ride-alongs with experienced technicians during the apprenticeship.
