About The Position

At Goodwill, apparel hangers help support job creation and community programs by preparing clothing for sale. The role involves hanging pre-sorted clothing, organizing garments with the color tag system, moving clothing to and from the sales floor, and helping keep displays and work areas clean and orderly. Team members also count items processed and may assist with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering as needed. Responsibilities

• Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
• Group and rotate clothing correctly using the color tag system.
• Move clothing to and from the sales floor and keep displays neat and organized.
• Accurately count and report items processed each day.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following store procedures.
• Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Assist with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering as needed.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by store management.
