About The Position

Hang and process clothing for the Albemarle Road Store, helping meet daily production quotas and keep sales-floor displays neat and organized. This role supports Goodwill’s job-creation and community programs. No prior experience is needed; training is provided. The work is physically active and involves standing, using hands, reaching, moving clothing racks, and lifting items.

Requirements

• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Physical ability to stand, hang clothes, and move racks.
• Reliable, honest, and respectful of others.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Strong close and depth vision.
• Able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and sometimes lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
• Group and rotate clothing correctly using the color tag system.
• Move clothing to and from the sales floor and keep displays neat and organized.
• Accurately count and report items processed each day.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following store procedures.
• Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Assist with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering as needed.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by store management.
