About The Position
At Goodwill, hanging, sorting, and displaying items supports job creation and community programs. The Apparel Hanger helps process and display clothing, meet daily production quotas, and keep the work area and sales floor organized. The role may also assist with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering, along with other tasks assigned by store management. The job is full-time. It requires frequent standing, hand use, and reaching above and below the shoulders, as well as regular lifting up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Strong close and depth vision are essential.

Responsibilities
- Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
- Group and rotate clothing correctly using the color tag system.
- Move clothing to and from the sales floor while keeping displays neat and organized.
- Accurately count and report items processed each day.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by following store procedures.
- Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
- Assist as needed with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by store management.
