About The Position

Hang and organize pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas, move merchandise to and from the sales floor, and help maintain clean, safe, and orderly work areas. The role may also assist with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering, and perform additional tasks assigned by store management. No experience is needed; a strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn are sought.

Requirements

• No experience needed; strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and takes pride in a clean, organized workspace.
• Physically able to stand, hang clothes, and move racks.
• Reliable, honest, and respectful of others.
• Willing to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment.
• Able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and sometimes up to 50 pounds.
• Strong close and depth vision.

Responsibilities

• Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
• Group and rotate clothing using the color tag system.
• Move clothing to and from the sales floor and keep displays neat and organized.
• Count and report items processed each day accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following store procedures.
• Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Assist with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering as needed.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by store management.
