About The Position
The Apparel Hanger hangs pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas, groups and rotates clothing using the color tag system, and moves garments to and from the sales floor while keeping displays neat and organized. The role also involves counting and reporting items processed, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and reporting safety, theft, or security concerns to management. The employee may assist with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering and perform other tasks assigned by store management. No experience is needed. The position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, honesty, respect for others, and willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive team. The work is physically active and involves standing, using hands, reaching above and below the shoulders, and regularly lifting up to 10 pounds and sometimes up to 50 pounds. Strong close and depth vision are essential.

Responsibilities
- Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
- Group and rotate clothing correctly using the color tag system.
- Move clothing to and from the sales floor and keep displays neat and organized.
- Count and report items processed each day accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by following store procedures.
- Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
- Assist as needed with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by store management.
