About The Position

The role is responsible for the overall customer experience, including communicating effectively, completing required paperwork accurately and on time, evaluating possible customer-service solutions, and recommending customized service plans that meet customers’ needs. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Candidates considered for hire must complete background checks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• “Can do” attitude and passion for total customer satisfaction.
