About The Position
Sealy Management Company is seeking a technically competent and courteous Maintenance Technician for Emerald Ridge Apartments. The technician represents the company and property in frequent interactions with residents and is expected to prioritize customer service and provide residents with an outstanding experience. The role involves routine apartment maintenance, apartment turnovers, general property upkeep, and collaboration with property teams and vendors. Duties may change from day to day.

- Technical competence in apartment maintenance.

- Willingness to adapt to changing job duties.

Responsibilities
- Represent the company and property with professionalism.
- Perform routine apartment maintenance, including drywall repair, carpentry, and appliance repair.
- Plan and execute apartment turnovers, scheduling and working with vendors when necessary.
- Perform general property upkeep and ensure the community looks its best.
- Communicate effectively with management, leasing, and maintenance teams to achieve property goals.
- Adapt to changing duties from day to day.
- Perform planned overtime and on-call duties.
