About The Position

The Apartment Technician is responsible for the overall customer experience and for recommending customized service plans that meet customers’ needs. The ideal candidate has a “can do” attitude, a strong work ethic, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are important, along with the ability to complete required paperwork accurately and on time. The role involves comparing and evaluating possible customer service solutions and demonstrating a passion for total customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Background checks are completed on all candidates considered for hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A “can do” attitude and passion for total customer satisfaction.
