About The Position

Windsor Communities is seeking a Dual-Site Apartment Service Technician II to work at two of their Dallas, TX properties: Windsor West Lemmon (248 apartment homes) and Windsor Fitzhugh (364 apartment homes). Successful candidates will have experience in apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel maintenance, or work order management. The role requires intermediate competency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. The technician must be available for on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency response. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance.
  • Familiarity with building safety systems including fire systems (sprinklers/alarms).
  • Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completion.
  • Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools.
  • EPA Type II preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date.
  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, some weekend work and ability to participate in the on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures for apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical, and appliance areas.
  • Provide exceptional service to teammates and residents, supporting the company’s values and culture.
  • Be part of a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend emergency response.
