Monarch is hiring a full-time, year-round Apartment Leasing Consultant for Bloomfield Townhomes, a 200-unit conventional market-rate community in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Previous multifamily housing leasing experience is preferred but not required.

Provide great customer service to residents.

Benefits

Hourly pay of $16.00 to $17.00.
Leasing commissions of up to $100 per rental and up to $100 per renewal; all commissions are yours.
Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise every year.
