About The Position

Larson Automotive Group is hiring an Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialist for our corporate accounting office. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career in accounting or finance.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Interest in accounting, finance, or office operations
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Associate's degree or equivalent; or six months to a year experience; or a combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Mathematical aptitude to include calculating figures such as Discounts, Interest, Commissions, Proportions, Percentages
• Ability to problem solve.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Previous office or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
• Maintain organized AP/AR records and documentation
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Help resolve billing or vendor discrepancies
• Support month-end accounting processes
• Assist with daily accounting office operations
