About The Position
This is a seasonal Christmas position responsible for managing the Angel Tree Program. The role involves recruiting, training, and coordinating volunteers to ensure sufficient staffing for Christmas program needs, as well as preparing records and reports for the program.
Requirements
- Ability to meet attendance requirements
- Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language
- Ability to sort and file documents alphabetically and numerically
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Two years experience working in an office environment
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities
- Manages the Angel Tree Program
- Recruits, trains, and coordinates the work of volunteers
- Ensures ample staff to meet Christmas program needs
- Prepares records and reports for the Christmas program
- Interviews, recruits, screens, and selects volunteers for the Christmas Angel Tree Program
- Maintains names of volunteers at the Christmas Distribution Center
- Maintains statistics, placement, and follow-up for all Angels at all locations
- Contacts Corporate Sponsors on the number of angels they require
- Prepares materials and angels for delivery
- Provides accurate and complete information about Christmas Programs
