About The Position
The Angel Tree Coordinator works with the Corps/Area Command Officer and Development department to communicate with donors and volunteers about adopting Angels. This role ensures all necessary information and items are available to fulfill the adoption of Angels efficiently for gift pick-up and return. The coordinator manages the Angel Tree Program, including recruiting, training, and coordinating volunteers to meet program needs, and prepares records and reports for the program.
Requirements
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Two years experience working in an office environment (preferred)
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Communicate with donors and volunteers about adopting Angels.
- Ensure all information and necessary items are available for Angel adoption.
- Manage the Angel Tree Program.
- Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers.
- Prepare records and reports for the Christmas Angel Tree program.
