At BioAgilytix, Analysts turn careful laboratory work into reliable study support. The Analyst builds foundational technical skills by performing routine laboratory activities, supporting established assays, and maintaining accurate records under the guidance of experienced team members. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality help keep laboratory workflows organized, compliant, and on schedule. As proficiency grows, the Analyst takes on increasing autonomy and deepens their understanding of sample handling, data integrity, laboratory systems, and BioAgilytix quality expectations. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with no direct supervisory responsibilities. Some flexibility in hours is available, but employees must be available during the core work hours published in the BioAgilytix Employee Handbook. Occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work may be needed based on study and business requirements. The role is primarily laboratory-based, with occasional work in an office environment. It requires appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, lab coats, and gloves. Work may involve biological fluids with potential exposure to infectious organisms, skin and lung irritants, toxic materials, hazardous waste, and, on rare occasions, fluctuating temperatures.
