About The Position

Federal Staffing Solutions is seeking an ADA Business Analyst to support its client in Springfield, Virginia. The role ensures certification testing is conducted in an approved, proctored environment and complies with applicable laws, external accreditation standards, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The analyst develops and documents processes and manages and administers procedures for certification tests, tools, and protocols. The position requires a TS/SCI clearance.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance.
• At least 12 months of demonstrated experience working with applicable laws, external accreditation standards, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; alternatively, an associate’s degree and three years of experience, or a high school diploma and five years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure testing is delivered in an approved, proctored environment using standardized procedures and in compliance with applicable laws, external accreditation standards, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
