About The Position
Federal Staffing Solutions is seeking a Communication Analyst to support its client in St. Louis, Missouri. The role provides general administrative and communications support to the HDS policy team. Applicants must hold a TS/SCI clearance. The posted salary range is $85,000–$95,000.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of demonstrated experience with SharePoint and electronic publishing applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or Pro.
- At least 12 months of demonstrated experience using APA-style writing and editing.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in English or Communication.
- TS/SCI clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the HDS policy team.
- Organize and maintain staff documents, policy review schedules, files, and folders.
- Support the development of office SOPs, guides, and other materials in accordance with applicable policies.
- Route customer inquiries and questions regarding policies.
- Prepare routine correspondence and distribute materials to relevant audiences.
- Assist in preparing policy program-related reports and briefings.
- Proofread policies and related communications materials.
