About The Position

Responsible for providing complex analysis of information, problems, and data across a diverse scope, evaluating identifiable factors and working with limited supervision. The role uses judgment to select methods and techniques for solutions, analyzes and reports on the impact of current or proposed solutions, and helps drive change. It also provides guidance and feedback to other analysts and team members.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in a supply chain or business role, or a high school diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in a supply chain or business role.
Advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills, such as using the AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing a centered page, or creating a pivot table.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in supply chain in a data-focused role.
Experience coding in SQL and command of advanced SQL functions.
Experience working with Power BI and building dashboards.
Experience with project management processes or methodologies.
Experience coding in R, SAS, Python, or Scala.

Responsibilities

Perform complex analysis of information, problems, and data under limited supervision, and develop recommendations for review by leads or management.
Track, monitor, and measure benefits of implemented solutions for complex issues; apply company policies and procedures to resolve a wide range of issues.
Act as a subject matter expert with a full understanding of the area of specialization; perform gap and cost-benefit analyses when indicated.
Communicate risks to leadership and propose mitigation plans.
Select appropriate methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and compute metrics involving complex issues.
Develop, analyze, and disseminate complex reports.
Network and collaborate with senior internal and external personnel in the area of expertise, sharing knowledge with the team.
Resolve complex issues.
Work with little day-to-day instruction and receive general instructions on new assignments.
Recommend streamlined processes and improvements to leadership, and assist in driving change.
Provide guidance and feedback to other team members.
