About The Position

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst provides complex analysis of information, problems, and data across a diverse scope, working with limited supervision and exercising judgment to select methods and techniques for solutions. The role analyzes and reports the impact of current or proposed solutions, helps drive change, and provides guidance and feedback to other analysts. The analyst serves as a subject matter expert in their area and collaborates with senior internal and external personnel.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in a supply chain or business role, or a high school diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in a supply chain or business role.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, such as using the AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, centering printed pages, and/or creating pivot tables.
Experience working in supply chain in a data-focused role.
Experience coding in SQL and command of advanced SQL functions.
Experience working with Power BI and building dashboards.
Experience with project management processes or methodologies.
Experience coding in R, SAS, Python, or Scala.

Responsibilities

Perform complex analysis of information, problems, and data under limited supervision.
Develop recommendations for review by leads and/or management.
Track, monitor, and measure the benefits of implemented solutions for complex issues, applying company policies and procedures to resolve a wide range of issues.
Serve as a subject matter expert with a full understanding of the area of specialization.
Perform gap analysis and cost-benefit analysis where indicated.
Communicate risks to leadership and propose mitigation plans.
Select appropriate methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Compute metrics involving complex issues.
Develop, analyze, and disseminate complex reports.
Network with senior internal and external personnel in the area of expertise, collaborating and sharing knowledge with the team.
Resolve complex issues.
Recommend streamlined processes and process improvements to leadership.
Assist in driving change as needed.
Provide guidance and feedback to other team members.
