About The Position

AIG is seeking an Analyst for the Real Estate & Business Services department as part of their 2027 Early Careers program. This role offers opportunities to learn and grow skills and experience within a global risk leader. The Corporate Real Estate & Business Services team manages the company's corporate real estate portfolio, corporate security, business continuity/resiliency, and business services like facilities management, document management, and workplace health and safety. The team focuses on innovative approaches to support daily operations, foster a dynamic workplace, and drive commercial and operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree to be received no later than June 2027.
• Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excelled in previous work experience.
• Demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement.

Responsibilities
