About The Position

AIG is seeking an Analyst in the Procurement department as part of their 2027 Early Careers program. This role offers opportunities to learn and grow skills and experience within the Global Sourcing & Procurement Services (GS&PS) department, which manages all AIG third-party spend. GS&PS focuses on maximizing productivity and quality, building trust, providing a best-in-class procurement experience, maximizing profit, minimizing risk, and enabling sustainable growth for AIG. The early career program provides a connected cohort community with learning experiences and skills development, including on-the-job training, instructor-led masterclasses, exposure to senior leaders, mentoring, networking, and volunteering. The program aims to equip participants to make an impact and build a rewarding career in the insurance industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027.
  • Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excelled in previous work experience.
  • Demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement.
  • Possess strong analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills.
