About The Position

AIG is seeking an Analyst in the Enterprise Resiliency department as part of their 2027 Early Careers program. This role offers opportunities to learn and grow skills and experience within a global risk leader. Enterprise Resiliency is a global function focused on strengthening the organization's ability to anticipate, respond to, and recover from business disruptions through business continuity planning, disaster recovery, incident management, and resiliency programs. The program equips early career talent with learning experiences and skills needed to launch their careers, including developing knowledge of AIG and the insurance industry, gaining new skills through on-the-job experiences and instructor-led masterclasses, and building connections through exposure to senior leaders, mentoring circles, networking, and volunteering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree to be received no later than June 2027.
  • Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excelled in previous work experience.
  • Demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement.
  • Possess strong analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic about learning more about the insurance industry.
  • A diverse background of experience, culture and thought.
  • Global perspective and a team-oriented track record.
