About The Position

AIG is seeking an Analyst in the Enterprise Resiliency department as part of their Early Careers program. This role is focused on strengthening the organization's ability to anticipate, respond to, and recover from business disruptions through business continuity planning, disaster recovery, incident management, and resiliency programs. The program provides learning experiences and skills development through on-the-job training, instructor-led masterclasses, exposure to senior leaders, mentoring, networking, and volunteering. The goal is to equip early career talent to launch successful careers within AIG.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027.
• Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excelled in previous work experience.
• Demonstrated outstanding academic and extracurricular achievement.
• Possess strong analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic about learning more about the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the organization's ability to anticipate, respond to, and recover from business disruptions.
• Contribute to business continuity planning, disaster recovery, incident management, and resiliency programs.
• Protect critical operations, support business stability, and enable continuity of service across the enterprise.
• Develop knowledge and understanding of AIG and the insurance industry.
• Gain new skills through meaningful on-the-job experiences and instructor-led masterclasses.
