About The Position

AIG is seeking an Analyst for the Real Estate & Business Services department as part of their 2027 Early Careers program. This role offers opportunities to learn and grow skills and experience within a global risk leader. The Corporate Real Estate & Business Services team manages AIG's corporate real estate portfolio, corporate security, business continuity/resiliency, and business services like facilities management, document management, and workplace health and safety. The team focuses on innovative approaches to support daily operations, foster a dynamic workplace, and drive commercial and operational efficiencies. As an early career talent, you will join a connected cohort, participate in a program equipping you with learning experiences and skills, develop knowledge of AIG and the insurance industry, and gain new skills through on-the-job experiences and instructor-led masterclasses. You will also have exposure to senior leaders, mentoring circles, networking, and volunteering opportunities to build connections across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027 (unofficial transcript required upon application)
  • Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027.
  • Analyst positions are in-person opportunities, requiring employees to work in the office at least four days per week.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
