DoorDash is hiring a GOC Analyst to support its 24/7 Global Operations Center. Work takes place in a high-tempo, follow-the-sun environment where clarity, discipline, and sound judgment are important to operational resilience.

  • Ability to assess information quality, identify trends or anomalies, and provide clear operational context during incidents.
  • Comfort using open-source tools and publicly available information to validate events and support situational awareness.
  • Ability to assess risk, prioritize tasks, and act decisively under pressure.
  • Comfort working with monitoring dashboards, ticketing systems, communication platforms, and basic analytics tools.
  • Ability to document incidents clearly and communicate effectively with leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Proven ability to follow processes, maintain attention to detail, and perform consistently across rotating shifts.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, analytical techniques, and operational best practices.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 global operations model.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
