About The Position

The AM Server provides morning food and beverage service and helps prepare and maintain dining and patio areas. This part-time position offers a shift of either 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The server is expected to deliver professional, friendly, efficient service in accordance with company SOPs and policies, maintain a professional appearance, and follow food safety and sanitation requirements. Applicants must speak English; bilingual ability is a plus. The employer conducts post-offer employment verification, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks.

Requirements

Must be able to speak English.
Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual ability is a plus.
High school diploma or GED is a plus but not required.
Previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and professionally with a friendly tone.
Provide attentive, efficient, and friendly service in accordance with SOPs.
Be available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
Complete opening side work to prepare for the shift.
Complete closing side work at the end of the shift.
Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
Maintain full knowledge of menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Maintain personal hygiene, grooming, a clean uniform, and a professional appearance.
Report to work punctually and clock in only after being in full uniform.
Maintain the cleanliness of dining and patio areas.
Use courteous phone skills and take accurate messages.
