AM Server / Breakfast (Part- time)

About The Position

The company is seeking a part-time AM Server for a morning shift, with hours of either 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The role provides guest service while following the company’s standard operating procedures, policies, and food-safety and sanitation practices. Candidates must be able to speak English; bilingual ability is a plus. A high school diploma or GED and previous experience are helpful but not required. The company conducts post-offer employment verification, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks. Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and professionally with a friendly tone.
Provide attentive, efficient, and friendly service in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Be willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
Complete opening side work to prepare for the shift and closing side work at the end of the shift.
Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
Maintain full knowledge of menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
Follow all policies and procedures.
Maintain personal hygiene, grooming, a clean uniform, and a professional appearance.
Report to work punctually and clock in only after being in full uniform.
Maintain cleanliness of dining and patio areas.
Use courteous phone skills and take accurate messages.
