About The Position
The AM Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests. They take orders accurately, coordinate with the kitchen for timely service, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. This position reports to the Dining Room Supervisor.
Requirements
- Requires at least 6 months of closely related serving experience; experience in high volume or fast-casual dining preferred.
- Ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Physically able to lift to 20 lbs and perform bending, twisting, standing, and walking.
- Effective communication skills to interact comfortably with customers and follow instructions.

Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them promptly, and ensure accurate delivery.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and quality food service.
- Maintain table cleanliness and appearance by pre-bussing and ensuring adequate supplies.
- Present checks, handle payments, and provide change as required.
- Set up and take down station tables appropriately.
- Perform all duties as directed by management.
- Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by the manager/ supervisor.
