About The Position

Legends and ASM Global have partnered to redefine excellence in sports, entertainment, and live events. Legends is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This role is responsible for overseeing the food and beverage program development and management for concessions, suites, and premium areas for all game days, concerts, and special events. The Alcohol Compliance Rep will ensure responsible service of alcohol throughout the venue, assist staff with alcohol-related issues, observe and document any issues, and monitor employee adherence to the Legends Alcohol Policy. The goal is to elevate the fan experience through unparalleled guest service and pride.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and the ability to prioritize as needed.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Ability to move quickly and act on assigned duties within production and service time frames established.
  • Maintains personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Some alcohol compliance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures responsible service of alcohol throughout the entire building in accordance with state and company policies.
  • Assists staff with any alcohol related issues.
  • Observes and documents any alcohol related issues.
  • Assists with alcohol cut-off and performs other duties as assigned by management.
  • Monitors all employee’s adherence to the Legends Alcohol Policy.
  • Supervises the serving of alcohol by game day staff.
  • Ensures staff is adhering to Legends’ alcohol service policy.
  • Observes and documents all alcohol related issues or violations.
  • Completes inventory at assigned locations.
  • Maintains a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor.
  • Interacts with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Has extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials, and services offered.
  • Knows the “layout” of the venue and assigned area.
  • Provides guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed expectations.
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work area.
  • Assures compliance with all company service standards.
  • Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the venue.
  • Meets state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
