About The Position

Aisles Online Shoppers select and fulfill online grocery orders with care and precision, choosing high-quality products across all departments and ensuring customers have a positive online shopping experience. The role involves working independently in a fast-paced retail environment while staying active and meeting fulfillment deadlines. Shoppers also assist customers in the store, process pickup orders and payments, and help with other tasks as needed.

Frequently stand and walk throughout a shift.
Perform repetitive standing, walking, reaching, and bending associated with order fulfillment, POS transactions, and cleaning and sanitation duties.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs throughout the store.
Accurately select online grocery items, choosing high-quality produce, meat, and other fresh products.
Select, scan, and bag items from all temperature zones.
Maintain proper product temperatures throughout fulfillment.
Store completed orders at the proper temperature and retrieve them promptly before customer arrival.
Cart orders to the holding area for customer pickup.
Lift, carry, and load groceries into customer vehicles.
Tender customer orders through POS and process credit card payments.
Substitute products when requested or when items are unavailable.
Monitor incoming online orders to ensure prompt, on-time fulfillment.
Answer phones and emails promptly and provide helpful customer service.
Follow the dress code, hygiene standards, and department and company guidelines.
Assist with other tasks and special projects as needed.
