About The Position

Aisles Online Shoppers select and fulfill online grocery orders with care and precision, choosing high-quality products across all departments, including fresh produce and meat. The role supports a positive customer experience by ensuring orders are accurate, products remain at proper temperatures, and orders are ready on time for pickup. It is a fast-paced, active role performed primarily in a retail store setting, with independent work and customer service responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout the store.
Accurately select online groceries, choosing high-quality produce, meat, and other fresh products.
Select, scan, and bag items from all temperature zones.
Maintain proper product temperatures throughout the fulfillment process.
Store gathered orders at the proper temperature and retrieve them promptly before customer arrival.
Cart orders to the holding area for customer pickup.
Lift, carry, and load groceries into customer vehicles.
Tender customer orders through POS and process credit card payments.
Substitute products upon customer request or when items are unavailable.
Monitor incoming online orders to ensure prompt, on-time fulfillment.
Answer phones and emails promptly and provide friendly, helpful customer service.
Follow dress code, hygiene standards, and department and company guidelines.
Assist with other tasks or special projects as needed.
