About The Position

Aisles Online Shoppers fulfill online grocery orders by accurately selecting high-quality products across all store departments, including fresh produce and meat, and ensuring orders are handled with care. The role involves working independently in a fast-paced retail environment while providing helpful customer service and meeting fulfillment deadlines. Shoppers maintain appropriate product temperatures, prepare orders for pickup, process payments, and assist with loading groceries into customer vehicles. Night and weekend shifts are required.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Frequently stand and walk throughout the shift.
Perform repetitive standing, walking, reaching, and bending associated with order fulfillment, POS transactions, and cleaning and sanitation duties.
Night and weekend shifts required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout the store.
Select groceries ordered online, choosing high-quality produce, meat, and other fresh products.
Select, scan, and bag items from all temperature zones.
Maintain proper product temperatures throughout fulfillment.
Store gathered orders at the appropriate temperature and retrieve them promptly before customer arrival.
Cart orders to the holding area for customer pickup.
Lift, carry, and load groceries into customer vehicles.
Tender customer orders through POS and process credit card payments.
Substitute products at customer request or when items are unavailable.
Monitor incoming online orders to ensure prompt, on-time fulfillment.
Answer customer phone calls and emails promptly and helpfully.
Follow dress code, hygiene standards, and department and company guidelines.
Assist with other tasks and special projects as needed.
