About The Position

Aisles Online Shoppers select and fulfill online grocery orders with care and precision, choosing high-quality products across all departments, including fresh produce and meat. The role supports customers’ online shopping experience by maintaining product quality and proper temperatures throughout fulfillment, completing orders promptly, and providing friendly customer service. Shoppers work in a fast-paced retail store environment, often independently and with limited supervision.

Ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, reaching, and bending associated with order fulfillment, POS transactions, and cleaning or sanitation duties.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout the store.
Accurately select high-quality groceries ordered online, including fresh products.
Select, scan, and bag items from all temperature zones.
Maintain proper product temperatures throughout the fulfillment process.
Store gathered orders at the proper temperature and retrieve them promptly before customer arrival.
Cart orders to the holding area for customer pickup.
Lift, carry, and load groceries into customer vehicles.
Tender customer orders through POS and process credit card payments.
Substitute products when customers request it or items are unavailable.
Monitor incoming online orders to ensure prompt, on-time fulfillment.
Answer customer phone calls and emails promptly and provide helpful service.
Follow the dress code, hygiene standards, and department and company guidelines.
Assist with other tasks or special projects as needed.
