As an Airport Security Officer: Part Time TCO Friday-Sunday in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience for travelers, visitors, and staff. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.

Requirements

• 18+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs. is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and airport stakeholders while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas in accordance with applicable procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and maintain professional communication with airport personnel, public agencies, and Allied Universal leadership.
