As an Airport Security Officer: Full Time Thursday-Sunday TCO in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Security Officer supporting a government transportation location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist visitors, and communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders. This active role may include using a computer or tablet and lifting items over 20 pounds. Requirements

18+ Years of Age
Valid Drivers License
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and other stakeholders by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an airport location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate airport personnel and emergency responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of airport terminals, public areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access to restricted or controlled areas in accordance with site-specific procedures, verifying credentials and reporting unauthorized access attempts.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and maintain professional communication with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
