Requirements
- Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
- 18+ years of age
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
- Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office
- Have at least one year of security-related experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
- Be able to lift more than 20 pounds, preferred.
- Have customer service experience, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and government stakeholders while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, perimeter locations, access points, and other assigned airport property.
- Monitor for unusual activity, hazards, and security-related concerns, and promptly document and report observations through established channels.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate airport personnel and public agencies as directed.
- Assist with access-control procedures, credential checks, and traffic or pedestrian direction at assigned locations.
