As an Airport Security Officer: TCO Tuesday-Sunday in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy government transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist travelers, visitors, and staff with professionalism. You will communicate observations, respond to security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service. Requirements

• 18+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and public agency representatives while carrying out site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, parking areas, roadways, public-access areas, and perimeter locations, with working environments and conditions varying throughout the location.
• Monitor assigned areas for unusual activity, unauthorized access, and potential security-related concerns; promptly report observations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with airport operations, public agencies, and emergency personnel as directed.
• Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence to help deter undesirable activity.
