Airport Agent - Ramp and Customer Service
About The Position
Envoy Air is hiring Airport Agents at EVV to provide customer service and ramp support. The role includes greeting passengers, providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience, using reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes, and assisting customers courteously and efficiently. Ramp duties include loading, unloading, and sorting freight, mail, and baggage safely; supporting on-time departures and arrivals; and transporting bags in company vehicles. The position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and lifting luggage throughout the shift. Envoy offers paid on-the-job training and development programs. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Shifts may vary and include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays, with shift-trading flexibility and overtime available.
Requirements
- Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Must possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver's license; some license restrictions may prohibit consideration.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Responsibilities
