About The Position

Envoy Air is hiring Airport Agents at Roswell Air Center to provide both ramp and customer service support. The role offers paid on-the-job training and is open to candidates with no prior experience. Customer service duties include greeting passengers, providing check-in and ticketing support, using reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes, and assisting customers courteously and efficiently. Ramp duties include lifting bags onto belts; loading, unloading, and sorting freight, mail, and baggage safely; helping achieve on-time departures and arrivals; and using company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags. The job is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, and shifts may vary, including irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. The stated pay rate is $14.64.

Requirements

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Must possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license, or otherwise maintain the necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs; some license restrictions may preclude consideration.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Lift customers’ bags onto the belt.
• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely.
• Help achieve on-time departures and arrivals.
• Operate company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags to their destination.
