About The Position

Envoy Air is hiring Airport Agents to provide ramp and customer service at EYW. The role combines passenger assistance with baggage and freight handling. Agents greet passengers, provide check-in and ticketing support, use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes, and interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner. Ramp duties include loading, unloading, and sorting freight, mail, and baggage safely while supporting on-time departures and arrivals. Agents may use company vehicles on the tarmac and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Paid on-the-job training and development programs are provided. Both full-time and part-time positions are available; shifts may vary and include irregular or extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Overtime is available, and shift trading is possible.

Requirements

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Must possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver's license, or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit consideration.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Assist customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely.
• Help achieve on-time departures and arrivals.
• Use company vehicles on the tarmac to transport bags to their destination.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
